Pre-launch · Medication access

Clinician-reviewed access to medication for alcohol use disorder.

We're an early-stage company building cash-pay, clinician-reviewed access to FDA-approved generic medication for AUD. Right now we're assembling our clinical, pharmacy, and compliance partners, ahead of a deliberately narrow first pilot.

What we're building

A long-established medication, made easier to access.

We're a pre-launch, cash-pay project built around a single, well-understood medication: generic oral naltrexone 50 mg. It's FDA-approved, non-controlled, and has been used for alcohol use disorder for decades. The model is async-first online intake with review by a licensed human clinician. Nothing fancy. Just a long-established generic, made genuinely easier to reach for the adults who want it.

How the model works

Built around a clinician, not a questionnaire.

1

Async-first intake

A structured online health assessment the patient completes on their own time. No appointment to book, no waiting room.

2

Human clinician review

A licensed clinician reviews every case and makes every prescribing decision. AI assists with intake and drafting only. It never prescribes, diagnoses, or clears a safety flag.

3

eRx & refill support

Prescriptions and refills are handled through standard e-prescribing to the patient's pharmacy.

4

Cash-pay, single medication

Generic oral naltrexone 50 mg, and only that. Cash-pay, with no insurance billing and no controlled substances.

Where we are

A small, deliberately narrow first pilot.

We intend to stay small at first. The opening pilot runs roughly 100 to 300 patients, starting in Florida, with Colorado, Minnesota, Ohio, North Carolina, and Arizona as possible additions. We're evaluating partners now and are not yet accepting patients.

Scope

What this project is not.

  • No controlled substances. Generic oral naltrexone 50 mg is non-controlled.
  • No insurance billing. The project is cash-pay only.
  • No AI prescribing. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed human clinician.
  • Not a rehab, detox, or emergency service. Anyone in crisis should call or text 988, or call 911.
  • Not yet operating. We are not accepting patients at this time.
Who we partner with

We're talking to partners across the stack.

We're evaluating partners across the categories a responsible telehealth project needs. If you work in any of these areas and think there might be a fit, we'd genuinely welcome an introduction.
